Pool Boy Professionals provides professional pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Oregon. All services are subject to availability and are provided per our service agreements with clients.
2. Service Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Warranties & Liability

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure access to the pool and spa area during scheduled service times.
Pets must be secured, and the work area must be clear of hazards.
Any pool chemicals or equipment provided by the customer must be stored safely and used at their own risk.
6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme temperatures) may require rescheduling for safety reasons.
We will notify customers as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
